A 21 storey building of 56,430 sq.ft. area in dadar, planned with 6 floor of podium parking to meet the parking requirements. Adding dead façade, vertical fins and green wall at alternate floors to podium  gives a visual and aesthetic  look. Vertically structure is divided with the balconies along the line of projected bedrooms on both sides which helped to break monotony of the structure, cladded wooden under the balconies made structure look bold and beautiful.
